Pb de config

Voila, j'ai re-installer mon Xp, re-installer steam et cs et là, le choke reste a 100 et 150 de ping 
J'ai essayer de regler mon config et la mon ping redevien normale, mon choke aussi (quoi que pendant le round y fait des monté, ce qu'il ne faisait pas avant) mais j'ai mes fps qui on fai une chute, avant j'avai 60 otut le tmeps maintenant je descend a 20
Bref je comprend plus rien donc si quelqu'un a une idéé !
