Tout le temps que je l'ai matté, j'ai pas vu le soupçon d'un bon player comme il le prétend, soit disant le meilleur de Turquie... Aucun skill

so don't tell that i cheat with " wallhacker(pro style wh play!) "
i just play like "pro style only " ok ?
but i want to say you that i record a a demo on you and it s clear that you cheat i will soon post it and every body can watch the "best turkey player"
so you can be happy that i kick just 2 times i was able to ban you for ever and no unban anymore !
so enjoy playing cs , but not on our server .

Actually, your unbans were due to a bug. Now that the bug is fixed, you're banned back. Since you've been caught cheating by different admins (at different moments), there's no way for you to get unban.
Thus, the discussion is over
